This role involves owning and resolving customer concerns with disciplined methods, ensuring sustainable closure. Core Responsibilities Lead high-risk customer issues from notification through closure. Own and drive 8D problem-solving with strong containment, root cause, and systemic corrective actions. Serve as the single-point owner for assigned customer issues. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams across Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality. Lead systemic quality improvement projects across the plant to address repeat issues, risks, or gaps. Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality documentation in the 8D database. Identify repeat issues and systemic risks; drive defect prevention and recurrence reduction. Actively contribute to the reduction of TNQC. Report on issue status, timing, and effectiveness of corrective actions. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar discipline. Experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment preferred.
