They must be able to take direction, work independently, create and present reports for and to SkyWest Maintenance Leadership - as well as communicate and work well with others in a team environment. Collecting and analyzing data Gathering and updating the information necessary to create the Reliability Board Meeting presentation Updating the Aircraft Engine Reliability Report Scheduling and presenting meetings Updating all M-38's, control charts, and monitoring charts Posting Reliability Reports to the FAA SharePoint and sending to Reliability Report distribution list Maintaining the electronic distribution list for the Reliability Report Notifying Manager of Reliability and Supervisor of Reliability of Reliability Reports being posted to FAA SharePoint Maintaining files Minimum Requirements Experience creating detailed reports Clear knowledge and understanding of SkyWest Airlines' policies and procedures Possesses strong oral and written communications and organizational skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented Able to work in team environment or independently Knowledge of General Maintenance Manual (GMM) Experienced with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.) Physical and Other Requirements Physical ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods This is not a Department of Transportation safety-sensitive position.
