Job Description
Required Education
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical fieldRequired Experience/Skills
- 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, manufacturing, testing, inspection, or process improvement
- Experience with process control, quality systems, product testing, and root cause analysis
- Ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions
- Experience working with testing equipment and inspection methods
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical documentationJob Duties
- Develop and implement process control, testing, and inspection procedures to ensure product quality
- Perform product testing, inspections, and data analysis to identify defects and improve performance
- Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality concerns and support supplier improvement initiatives
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and testing records
- Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce defects and improve product reliability
