????We're Hiring:
Design Quality Engineer (DQE) | Salt Lake City, UT | 3 Openings Are you passionate about driving product quality, solving complex engineering challenges, and ensuring compliance in a regulated environment? Join our team as a Design Quality Engineer (DQE) and play a key role in supporting product excellence throughout the product lifecycle. ????What You'll Do:
- Lead quality engineering activities for released products and design changes
- Apply Design Control and Risk Management principles to support sustaining engineering efforts
- Conduct Test Method Validation (TMV) and analyze data to ensure product performance
- Drive root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and product quality
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction ?
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Experience in Quality Engineering or a similar discipline
- Strong knowledge of Design Controls, Root Cause Analysis, and Risk Management
- Experience with Test Validation, Statistical Analysis, and tools such as Minitab
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills ?
