Work Model:
On-Site What You Will Do:
Provide leadership and support to team members to ensure quality standards are upheld Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions Support process enhancement initiatives using established methodologies Contribute to developing and maintaining quality systems related to new or existing products and processes Communicate findings and progress to various levels within the organization, including leadership What You Will Need to
Be Successful:
Bachelor degree aligned with technical or quality disciplines Several years of experience in manufacturing or quality roles Leadership experience is advantageous Openness to ongoing learning and development Comfort working in a fast-paced environment focused on continuous improvement Strong communication skills for effective collaboration across teams Experience in team leadership or management (preferred) Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (preferred) Certifications or training related to quality management (preferred) Project management experience (preferred)
