In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. If you have a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and present findings to management. Assist in the development and execution of training programs related to quality standards. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality engineering. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role. Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in statistical analysis and quality improvement techniques.
