$90,000 - $100,000 per year Job Details - The Quality Engineer will be a key driver of excellence at the Neillsville facility. This role focuses on developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure all products meet rigorous standards of reliability and performance. You will collaborate across departments to resolve issues, conduct technical inspections, and maintain the documentation that upholds the firm's reputation for world class quality. Responsibilities Review prints, specifications, and drawings to evaluate design intent and drafting standards. Conduct precise inspections and tests on materials to ensure they align with customer specifications. Document inspection results and analyze production data to track key quality metrics. Evaluate complex processing methods to ensure long term capability and suggest process improvements. Provide technical support to internal engineering teams and customers regarding quality requirements. Manage customer complaints by investigating quality issues and visiting design locations when necessary. Prepare and submit critical documentation including PPAP, warrants, and Control Plans. Support initial production runs and participate in failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA). Conduct quality audits to support continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications Experience:
3+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Blueprints:
Deep ability to read and interpret blueprints specifically for metal manufacturing.
Communication:
Ability to write professional reports and effectively present technical data to stakeholders. Nice to
Have Education:
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering required.
