Job Description

Description The Cleaning Validation Specialist is responsible for the execution and documentation of cleaning validation activities for laboratory equipment within a GMP-regulated contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). This role supports established cleaning validation programs by performing sampling, data collection, and protocol adherence to ensure equipment cleanliness and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute approved cleaning validation protocols, including swab and rinse sampling activities Collect, review, and accurately document validation data in compliance with GMP and data integrity requirements Perform visual inspections and verify equipment readiness following cleaning activities Support equipment changeovers, routine revalidation, and continued process verification activities Assist with deviation investigations related to cleaning execution and support CAPA implementation Maintain validation records and support document updates as needed Skills hplc instrumentation Top Skills Details hplc instrumentation Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical discipline 3+ years experience performing cleaning validation activities in a GMP manufacturing environment Familiarity with swab/rinse sampling techniques and GMP documentation practices Strong attention to detail and ability to follow approved procedures and protocols Experience Level Intermediate Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Verona, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
