The X-ES Quality team maintains and implements the company's quality management system to ensure compliance with international standards. Duties and Responsibilities Plan and oversee internal process audits and assess non-conformance. Facilitate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Perform process gap analysis. Facilitate the definition, documentation and revision of procedures and work instructions related to all company functions. Compile and analyze performance metrics, and provide management with suggestions for improvement. Represent the company as point of contact for vendor and customer quality departments, including on-site audits. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; preferably in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, Quality Management / Quality Assurance, or a related field. Three years' experience with
ISO 9001
2015 or similar Quality Management System, or equivalent. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Computer proficiency with a high level of attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to organize and complete work with minimal supervision. Ability to work onsite from our facility located at 9901 Silicon Prairie Parkway in Verona, WI. Desired Qualifications AS9100 experience a plus. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills required, with technical writing and editing experience preferred.
