Description:
You will be the Systems Engineer Staff- Level 4 for the ADP Systems Engineering team which is responsible for delivering cutting‑edge ADP product solutions across the development lifecycle. What You Will Be Doing As the Systems Engineer Staff
- Level 4 you will be responsible for leading systems engineering activities that ensure mission success and technical integrity.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing, decomposing, tracking, and verifying requirements; supporting Functional Configuration Audits and risk assessments.
- Providing systems and subsystem integration and test support, collaborating with program management.
- Authoring and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) and Engineering Requirements Documents (ERDs) for subcontractors and vendors.
- Applying Earned Value Measurement Systems (EVMS) and driving technical leadership across product phases.
- Guiding technical planning, supplier specifications, and lifecycle support from development through sustainment.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or Above from an accredited university in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree Experience in systems engineering processes, requirements generation and decomposition, tracking, and/or verification Experience in customer interactions such as design reviews and facilitating weekly IPT meetings Experience with digital engineering or model-based engineeringDesired Skills:
- Ability to work with different engineering disciplines and suppliers to derive, decompose, and verify requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience developing a system architecture
- Knowledge of Agile SAFe methodology
- Work experience with operational modeling tools within the confines of a Risk Managed Framework (RMF)
- Experience with Mission Systems applications
- Previous integration and test experience
- Control Account Manager (CAM) experience;

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per weekPay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $109,200- $192,510.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible.Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $125,600- $217,695.
