Lockheed Martin Skunk Works is seeking a Systems Engineering Integrated Product Team Lead . In this role, you will utilize the latest systems engineering tools to capture complex architectures, hardware and software to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into next gen command and control systems. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of requirements management and systems engineering applications to capture model-based designs and facilitate lifecycle development. Additionally, the IPT Lead will provide leadership oversight of Specialty Engineering disciplines including Airworthiness, Systems Safety, Configuration Management, Cybersecurity, and Lifecycle Engineering.- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
- Experience or familiarity with mission analysis, system architecture, system design, lifecycle management, and/or systems integration
- Experience in one or more specialty engineering domains including Cybersecurity, Airworthiness, Systems Safety, and Configuration Management
- Demonstrated or familiarity with requirements development and management
Desired Skills:
- Model-based systems engineering (MBSE) / Cameo experience
- Experience with System Engineering Lifecycle reviews
- Risk and Opportunity Management
- Effective communicator (written and verbal)
- Ability to adapt and shuffle priorities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for thisPosition:
