This role is central to how we verify DRAM circuits, from shaping verification strategy to hands‑on execution. You will influence methodologies, introduce scalable and AI‑enabled approaches, and help close silicon learning loops faster. Responsibilities:

• Define and drive DRAM verification strategies, including AI‑driven and automated methodologies
• Analyze verification flows to simplify workflows and reduce cycle time
• Partner with design and verification teams to align and standardize methodologies
• Manage and maintain verification requirements in JAMA across projects
• Execute and support verification using industry‑standard tools

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 0-5 years of experience in circuit design, validation, or verification including academic or internship experience
• Understanding of digital logic and semiconductor fundamentals
• Familiarity with verification concepts such as testbenches, stimulus, and debug
• Experience with Linux and basic scripting or programming for automation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of DRAM circuit design and operation
• Experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, SpectreFx, or PrimeSim
• Interest or experience applying AI to verification workflows
• Familiarity with requirements and project tracking tools such as JAMA or JIRA
