We are part of a team pushing the boundaries of DRAM verification, where deep circuit knowledge meets modern automation and AI-driven techniques. We work closely with design teams to improve quality, speed, and confidence in silicon. If you enjoy solving hard technical problems and building better ways of working, you'll feel at home here! This role plays a critical part in shaping how DRAM circuits are verified, from methodology design to hands-on execution. You'll influence verification strategy, partner across teams, and help introduce smarter, more scalable approaches. It's a great opportunity to grow technical depth while making a visible impact on product quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement new DRAM verification strategies, including AI-driven methodologies
  • Partner with design verification teams to standardize verification approaches
  • Develop and maintain analog verification testbenches, tools, and software
  • Build expertise in DRAM circuit design and verification
  • Execute verification workflows using industry-standard tools
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience with digital and analog VLSI circuit design and verification
  • Proficiency in Python programming
  • Hands-on experience with Verilog, SPICE, and simulation debugging
  • Experience working in a Linux environment and with
Cadence Virtuoso Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of DRAM circuit design and operation
  • Experience with SystemVerilog and UVM-based digital verification
  • Familiarity with CMOS degradation mechanisms such as NBTI and CHC
  • Interest in applying AI to improve verification processes and methodologies
  • Experience leading projects or driving technical initiatives
