This role spearheads the validation of advanced IMUs and sensing solutions used in sophisticated equipment. The position bridges the gap between digital design and physical performance, ensuring that electronic systems perform reliably in demanding real-world environments. Role Overview The Lead Electronic Verification & Validation Engineer owns planning, coordination, and execution of verification and validation for IMUs, angle sensors, and related electronic sensing systems. The role ensures products meet performance, reliability, and quality expectations using structured, risk-based validation practices. Key Responsibilities Validation Planning and Strategy Develop and maintain DVP&R plans Translate requirements, risks, and FMEA outputs into validation strategies Define acceptance criteria and ensure validation coverage Test Execution and Coordination Plan validation across simulation, lab, HIL, environmental, and field testing Coordinate with internal teams and external testing resources Ensure test readiness and quality execution Evaluation, Reporting, and Release Support Review validation results for accuracy and traceability Provide technical feedback and recommendations Support product release decisions based on validation outcomes
