As Cerebral Staffing , we are seeking a motivated Facilities Engineering Project Manager (Planning & Reliability Engineer) to join our team supporting our client, John Deere , at the Horicon Works facility in Horicon, WI . Project Manager / Planning & Reliability Engineer This is a highly collaborative, long-term 1+ year contract opportunity paying up to $44/hr , including 2 Weeks of PTO . Operating within the Riding Lawn Equipment Product Verification & Validation (PV&V) Department, you will focus on managing, tracking, and auditing testing programs rather than performing the physical testing. You will serve as the central tracking node, connecting Design, Lab, and Vehicle Test engineers to ensure engineering programs hit critical deadlines.

Not available now or in the near future. Core Responsibilities Program Management & Tracking:
Manage, analyze, and track testing programs across multiple streams, including Software, Vehicle, Lab, Field Test, and Product Safety & Compliance (PS&C) activities. PV&V Test Plan Execution:
Develop and coordinate comprehensive test and analysis plans for design projects ranging from individual components to complete, complex vehicle development programs. Cross-Functional Communication:
Serve as the primary liaison between Design Engineering, V&V engineers, lab technicians, and mechanics. Deliver regular updates on program progress to marketing, quality, manufacturing, and supply management. Critical Analysis & Sourcing:
Interpret and analyze incoming technical testing information, review validation work done by mechanics and technicians, and present project updates using sound practical judgment. Required Skills & Experience Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Agricultural Engineering (or equivalent technical knowledge). Project Management & Organization:
Demonstrated history acting as a self-directed project leader with elite organizational and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel Capabilities:
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory and must be clearly demonstrated within your professional work history for data compilation and critical tracking. Testing Familiarity:
General technical experience or exposure to product development, verification testing, or validation methodologies. What Makes You Stand Out Prior professional experience analyzing data within product verification/validation (PV&V) environments.
