You'll spearhead growth in a rapidly expanding market segment for Jacobs—design-build water and wastewater treatment projects and large linear/conveyance water projects in the Northwest municipal water market—leveraging our sales pursuit teams of client service leaders, market growth directors, and regional construction partners to drive strategic wins and accelerate market penetration.   • Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Deep knowledge of municipal water and wastewater treatment, and/or conveyance systems.
  • Experience delivering complex, multi-discipline, Collaborative Delivery (Design-Build), infrastructure projects to water/wastewater treatment municipalities in the Northwestern region (WA, OR, ID, MT, ND, SD, AK or HI), including Design Manager experience.
  • Established working relationships with the municipalities and utilities operating water and wastewater systems in the Northwest region.
  • Established working relationships with local and regional construction companies operating in the Northwest region.
  • Strong leadership with a collaborative mindset and business development skills with the ability to build and mentor teams in high-intensity settings.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer.
