Why Join Flexible schedule + half-day Fridays Strong mentorship and training environment Supportive, team-oriented culture Clear path toward PE licensure and career growth Competitive compensation + full benefits Responsibilities Assist with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, drainage design, and stormwater management Support design of water resources systems, including culverts, detention/retention, and conveyance Prepare plans, reports, and calculations Use tools such as HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Civil 3D, and GIS Collaborate with project teams and support senior engineers Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal regulations Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field 0-4 years of water resources or related experience Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain Familiarity with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Civil 3D, or similar tools Strong communication skills and willingness to learn Team-oriented mindset A strong opportunity to build your technical skills, gain mentorship, and work toward your PE while contributing to impactful water resources projects.
