Job Description

We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of our client, a leading, 100% employee owned civil engineering firm, for a Water/Wastewater Engineer with 6-15 years of progressive experience. This role offers the opportunity to lead technical tasks, manage projects, and mentor junior staff while working on impactful infrastructure projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage, plan, and provide design for water/wastewater projects from concept through constructionPrepare and monitor project budgets; ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryLead project planning from procurement through execution and closeoutParticipate in construction phase services, including pre-bid conferences and contract preparationSupport proposal development and technical approach preparationDeliver high-quality technical work with minimal supervisionQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental EngineeringMinimum 6 years of experience in water/wastewater system planning, design, and constructionExpertise in water/wastewater treatment plants/systems, force mains, and sanitary sewer evaluation/designProfessional Engineer (PE) license in Louisiana or ability to obtain within 6 monthsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to lead and coordinate technical tasks independentlyWhy This Opportunity?
