What You'll Do Respond to guest and staff maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, fixtures, and building systems
Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public areas
Assist with painting, carpentry, and general repairs as needed
Keep accurate records of maintenance work and supplies
Partner with housekeeping and front desk teams to quickly resolve guest concerns
What We're Looking For Previous maintenance or engineering experience preferred
Hotel maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to safely use maintenance tools and equipment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment and supplies when necessary
