iDesign Engineering Inc. is a full-service civil engineering consulting firm with two offices in Maryland. We focus on delivering the highest quality engineering designs to public sector clients in the Maryland and Capital region. Our greatest asset is our team, not only the individuals, but how we share expertise, new ideas and challenges together. iDesign is seeking a Director-Level Project Manager to lead our continually expanding water resources design sector. This position will be based at our headquarters along I-95 in Calverton, MD (less than two miles from the Capital Beltway). The qualified candidate will direct, mentor and provide quality management for team members in the design of highway and transit projects, specifically involving the areas of stormwater management, floodplain studies, hydraulic structures, low-impact developments, erosion and sediment control, NPDES and MS4 permitting and other related fields.
