There is a wide variety of water, wastewater and water resources projects that you will be exposed to and have the opportunity to support senior engineers on. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on water resources Strong oral and written communication skills, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, data analysis & technical problem solving skills. Top notch organizational skills and the ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you'll also have: Engineer in Training (EIT) or ability to obtain within six months

And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $55,600.00 to $85,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
