$150,000+ This is a top-paying opportunity for an experienced water/wastewater PM who wants to lead high-profile municipal projects in one of the most dynamic markets in the country.
We are placing a Senior Project Manager for a well-established engineering consulting firm in Seattle, and this role comes with compensation to match the market. What's In It For You $150,000+ base salary, reflecting Seattle market rates and your level of experience Annual bonus and yearly merit increases Relocation assistance provided: $2,500
$5,000 paid by the company, with room to negotiate for the right candidate Hybrid schedule: 2 days in office, 3 remote High-visibility projects with major municipal clients across the Pacific Northwest A firm with the resources and reputation to support serious career growth What You Bring 10+ years in water/wastewater planning, design, or construction (strong candidates with slightly less experience are encouraged to apply) PE license required Bachelor's in Civil Engineering Strong client management and business development skills Experience writing proposals, scopes of work, and project budgets Stormwater design background is a plus, but not required Seattle is a competitive market and this offer is built to reflect that.
