You'll be trusted as a senior technical leader and client partner, with responsibilities including:

Leading and facilitating client meetings and long-term partnershipsDriving business development and supporting strategic growthConducting site assessments and technical evaluationsPreparing plans and construction documentationOverseeing engineering modeling and design effortsUtilizing and guiding teams in CAD and GIS workflowsManaging and mentoring junior engineers and technical staffExpanding and strengthening water resources service lines💧 Technical Focus AreasYou'll work across a diverse and impactful set of water resources challenges, including:

Stormwater managementFloodplain analysis and designStream restoration and stabilizationDam safety and infrastructure stabilizationCoastal and riverine systems (preferred, not required)A strong understanding of Mid‑Atlantic regulatory frameworks and modern design standards is highly valued.✅ What Makes You a Strong FitLicenses & CredentialsProfessional Engineer (PE) license in at least one U.S. state (preferred, not required)CAD and/or GIS training or experience preferredCoastal engineering or stream restoration experience a plusSoftware Experience (Any of the Following Is a Bonus)HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS, HEC‑FDASWMM, MIKE, Bentley toolsCost estimating and construction management softwareStandard business and documentation tools
