Senior Water Resources Engineer | 7-15 Years Experience Tampa, Orlando, or Remote (Florida) A growing engineering consultancy is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join its team and play a key role in delivering complex water resources and treatment projects across the United States. This opportunity is ideal for an engineer who enjoys a strong mix of hydraulic modeling, technical design, and project leadership. The firm works on highly specialized and impactful projects within the federal, naval, and nuclear sectors, offering exposure to work that is rarely found in traditional consulting environments. What You'll Be Doing Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling Green Infrastructure and Watershed Management Water resources and treatment system design Leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers Managing technical deliverables and client relationships Supporting projects across Florida and nationwide What We're Looking For 7-15 years of water resources engineering experience Strong background in both hydraulic modeling and design Professional Engineer (PE) license required Experience leading projects and coordinating technical teams Excellent communication and client-facing skills Why This Opportunity?
