Position can lead to project management and client relationships. Enjoy wearing multiple hats on the projects instead of being siloed.
Requirements:
Hands-on design experience on municipal water and/or wastewater projects for a small-to-mid sized engineering or consulting firm Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D for production of design drawings Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field like Structural Engineering and Environmental Engineering Active EIT certification at minimum (PE preferred) Ability to work onsite and independently produce design drawings at own workstation Work for any company in the US for any period of time without sponsorship Important information:
Location:
Longview, TX and local travel within 100-mile radius for site visits (frequency depends on experience level — minimal for design-focused candidates, more frequent for those with PM experience) Compensation range: $60,000 - $120,000 Very wide range and will look at junior engineers with an internship and over three years of municipal water/wastewater design roles or more experienced backgrounds.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is available, but on a case-by-case basis Interview process: Zoom or Facetime Interview w/Recruiter at Waypoint Talent and then we will get your permission to submit. Unsure of the company interview process at this time, but will find out.
Pay:
