We are looking for an educator who values authentic learning, critical thinking, literature-rich instruction, discussion-based learning, and whole-child education within a Montessori-inspired environment.

Requirements:

Reading Certification

REQUIRED

Experience teaching English Language Arts/Humanities to upper elementary, middle, and/or high school students Strong writing and communication instruction skills Passion for literature, history, research, and discussion-based learning Ability to build authentic relationships with adolescents Montessori experience preferred but not required for the right candidate

Responsibilities:

Guide students in literature, writing, grammar, humanities, and research Support individualized and small-group learning Foster independence, curiosity, and critical thinking Collaborate with staff and families to support student growth Help create a calm, engaging, and respectful learning environment
