Enrollment Representative

We are currently seeking an Enrollment Representative to join our local team. As a regionally recognized sales and business development agency, we pride ourselves on continuously adapting and innovating in an ever-evolving marketplace. The Enrollment Representative will play a vital role on our sales support team, driving new customer acquisition and building a strong sales pipeline. The Enrollment Representative position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both our organization and our customers while growing within a collaborative, team-oriented environment. We provide comprehensive classroom training, hands-on role-play Enrollment Representative sales scenarios, and ongoing performance reviews with the Sales Operations Manager to support your professional development and long-term success.

Enrollment Representative Responsibilities:

Manage assigned sales accounts while delivering exceptional customer service and sales support Collect and communicate customer feedback, including orders, compliments, and concerns when applicable Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned sales leads Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to confidently answer questions and overcome objections Support the sales team in exceeding quarterly revenue targetsBuild strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal team members to establish trust and long-term partnerships Assist in onboarding and supporting new sales trainees as needed Collaborate with management, sales representatives, and fellow Enrollment Representatives to stay informed on current client offerings Take an educational, consultative approach to account development by actively listening to customer needs and delivering tailored solutions

Enrollment Representative Preferred Skills:

High school diploma or GED required. Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences and sales support Prior experience as an Enrollment Representative is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with a desire to lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic Confident in building relationships and establishing trust with customers Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Adaptable to new situations, training methods, and responsibilities Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills Polished presentation and communication abilities

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
