What You' ll Do Act as the main point of contact for prospective and current students Guide students through the enrollment process from first inquiry to start Build relationships and follow up with leads to drive enrollment conversions Clearly explain program offerings, schedules, and career pathways Maintain accurate records and track interactions using internal systems Partner with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth student experience What We' re Looking For 3+ years of experience in enrollment, admissions, or sales (required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to meet goals and work in a performance-driven environment Experience working with students or in an educational setting is a plus Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Highly organized with strong attention to detail Bilingual Spanish is a plus What You' ll Get Competitive hourly pay: $25-$29/hr Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Stable, full-time schedule Opportunity for growth within the organization
