Enterprise Agile Coach (4 days on-site in downtown Houston, TX)

Job Title:

Enterprise Agile Coach - Houston, TX •Due to client requirements this role is only open to USC or GC candidates•

Summary:

As an Agile Coach, you will be responsible for guiding teams and organizations in adopting and implementing Agile methodologies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Training and Coaching:

Train teams on Agile principles and practices, helping them understand and apply Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Facilitating Agile Ceremonies:

Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Big Room Planning, Scrum of Scrums, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure they are productive.

Continuous Improvement:

Foster a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas for enhancement and removing obstacles that hinder Agile adoption.

Mentoring and Development:

Mentor Scrum Masters and other team members, providing guidance and feedback to improve Agile practices.

Collaboration:

Work closely with teams, leadership, and stakeholders to align Agile practices with business objectives and foster collaboration. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, coaching skills, and a deep understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies. About Matlen Silver Experience Matters.
