Position sits in our Greenwich Connecticut office. The Director of ERP is responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the
INFOR ERP
system within the organization. The director of ERP will troubleshoot complex issues, manage upgrades and integrations. Additionally, this position requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to evolving technology needs. This position reports to the company's CIO. Lead and manage the IT team responsible forINFOR ERP
system administration and support. Develop and execute strategies for ERP system enhancements and business process optimization. Collaborate with departments to identify requirements and ensure the ERP system meets operational needs. Oversee system upgrades, patch management, and integration with other enterprise applications. Ensure data integrity, and assist the CISO with system security, and regulatory compliance. Provide technical guidance, training, and support for end-users and IT staff. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to maximize efficiency. Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external partners for system maintenance and improvements. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field Extensive experience withINFOR ERP
systems Proven leadership abilities, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management skills are essential for success in this role. Experience in INFOR M3-Fashion suite is a huge plus.Benefits:
