Entrepreneurial Institute Intern

St. Charles Community College is seeking a motivated and energetic Entrepreneurial Institute Intern to support the launch and growth of the Entrepreneurial Institute. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or emerging professional interested in entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, community engagement, marketing, and event planning. The intern will work closely with college leadership and community partners to help build programs, strengthen partnerships, support events, and create momentum for entrepreneurship initiatives across the region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with research on local entrepreneurs, businesses, and community organizations Help coordinate meetings, outreach, and follow-up with community partners Support planning for entrepreneurial events, workshops, and symposiums Assist with social media, marketing, and promotional content Help organize contact lists, trackers, and project materials Conduct market research on student and community interests Support student engagement initiatives and outreach efforts Attend meetings and capture notes, action items, and next steps Provide general project and administrative support as needed Qualifications Current college student or recent graduate Interest in entrepreneurship, business, marketing, innovation, or community development Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms Self-starter who enjoys learning and taking initiative Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate St Charles Community College is and Equal Opportunity Employer
