Pay Structure:

This role includes a Competitive Base Salary plus an industry-leading, Uncapped Commission structure tied to customer satisfaction and solutions provided.

Minimum Earning Expectation:

The average lowest earner on our team achieves an income of $45,000 Annually.

Fully Paid Training:

We provide comprehensive, fully paid on-the-job training in all areas of customer service, consulting, and AT&T solutions. Your Role (The Core Focus)

Customer Service & Education:

Interact directly with customers in person to provide exceptional service, answer complex inquiries, and educate them on their AT&T options.

Solutions Consulting:

Consult with customers to assess their current needs, identify gaps in service, and recommend optimized solutions and upgrades that genuinely benefit the client.

Client Relationship Management:

Ensure high levels of customer retention and satisfaction by effectively managing the service and solutions delivery process.
