Our team is currently hiring an Entry Level Account Manager to represent Frontier inside partnered retail locations throughout San Bernardino. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales, customer relations, and account management while representing a nationally recognized telecommunications provider. In this role, you'll connect with customers in a retail setting, introduce them to Frontier internet and connectivity solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager As an Entry Level Account Manager, you will play a major role in helping customers discover Frontier services while driving store sales performance. Welcome and assist customers in retail locations, creating a friendly and professional experience Educate customers on Frontier internet services, promotions, and connectivity solutions Identify customer needs and recommend the best products and service packages Support daily sales goals by engaging customers and confidently presenting service options Build strong customer relationships that encourage long-term satisfaction and loyalty Manage customer accounts by explaining upgrades, service features, and promotional offers Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions Work alongside team members to help the retail location meet sales and performance targets Qualifications for the Entry Level Account Manager We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with customers and building a career in sales.
