Job Description

As an Account Manager in Concord, you're the person who keeps that relationship moving. You're meeting customers in-person, helping them understand what they signed up for, making adjustments when needed, and using those conversations to create additional sales opportunities that actually make sense for them. The Account Manager role is built around two things: closing with clarity and maintaining the relationship after the sale. Instead of one-off interactions, the Account Manager stays connected - making sure customers stay engaged, confident in their service, and open to future upgrades or changes. How the Account Manager Role Plays Out Day-to-Day Meet with customers throughout the Concord area to introduce services, answer questions, and support ongoing account needs Use consultative sales to recommend service options that actually fit how customers use their connectivity Manage account updates, changes, and follow-ups so customers stay engaged after the initial sale Identify opportunities to expand accounts through upgrades, add-ons, or service adjustments Handle objections directly by simplifying information and reinforcing long-term value Keep track of multiple customer accounts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Stay aligned with other Account Manager team members to maintain steady sales and retention results What You Bring Into the Account Manager Role 0-2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or another customer-facing role (preferred, not required) Coursework or internship experience in business, marketing, or communications is a plus Confidence in closing sales and navigating objections in real time Strong organization when managing multiple accounts and follow-ups Comfort working in a performance-based environment with uncapped commission incentives Ability to commute daily to the Concord office This Account Manager position is a full-time, onsite role where your ability to manage relationships directly impacts both immediate sales and long-term customer retention.
