Job Description
In New Orleans, conversations happen face-to-face, and that's exactly how this Account Manager role operates. This position is tied directly to an AT&T campaign focused on expanding service across the New Orleans market. As an Account Manager, you'll be working with homeowners 1:1, managing their accounts, and helping them navigate wireless services through a structured, sales-driven approach. There's no delay between learning and doing here. The Account Manager is involved from the first conversation through account setup and follow-up, making sure each interaction leads to a clear outcome.
What the Account Manager handles:
