Entry Level Assistant Manager

Entry Level Assistant Manager Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Paid Training We are currently hiring motivated, career-driven individuals for an Entry Level Assistant Manager position. This full-time opportunity is ideal for candidates interested in gaining hands-on experience in retail sales, customer acquisition, leadership development, and face-to-face customer engagement. In this role, you'll work directly with customers inside retail locations and promotional event environments representing nationally recognized technology and consumer service brands. You'll assist with customer interactions, sales support, brand promotions, and daily campaign operations while developing leadership and management skills through ongoing training and mentorship.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in face-to-face retail environments Educate customers on products, services, and promotions Assist with sales, enrollments, upgrades, and customer support Support daily sales goals and customer engagement initiatives Represent client brands professionally during retail promotions and events Collaborate with team members and leadership to drive results Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership development sessions

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, team-oriented attitude Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-driven Previous retail, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
