WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT MOTIVATED PERSON
The technician tests, repairs, and installs backflow assembly devices for customers throughout Western Washington. Additional duties may include removing damaged devices, prepping future installation sites, and winterizing irrigation systems. Technicians drive company vehicles safely and efficiently, maintain their trucks in clean and organized condition, document all work completely and accurately, and communicate effectively with the dispatcher, manager, and fellow technicians. Customer satisfaction and team success are the standard. Daily Responsibilities Dresses professionally and represents the company well on every job site Clocks in and out daily; arrives punctually to job sites and office appointments Completes assigned tasks on schedule or communicates proactively if timelines shift Performs testing and repairs accurately and thoroughly Records test results and device information legibly and completely Notes and reports unusual site conditions to prevent future issues Submits all test results and device information to the dispatcher by end of day Delivers invoices to customers in person where possible; collects and submits on-site payments daily Treats customers, contractors, and coworkers with respect at all times Additional Requirements Uses company vehicles for company assignments only Must be able to pass a drug test, including marijuana Performs routine maintenance and cleaning on assigned vehicle Notifies the office promptly in the event of illness or emergency Willingness to pitch in on miscellaneous tasks (mail pickup, supply orders, minor repairs, etc.) Submits receipts for all reimbursable expenses Completes additional training and certification renewals as required Works cooperatively with teammates and ownership on shared projects
