Entry Level Commerical Cleaner

Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across multiple commercial sites Use specialized equipment for floor care tasks such as buffing, polishing, and stripping floors to maintain a professional appearance Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, lobbies, offices, and other common areas according to established standards Assist with industrial cleaning tasks when needed, including high dusting and deep cleaning procedures Support facilities maintenance activities by reporting repairs or safety hazards promptly Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly Contribute to a team environment by collaborating with colleagues to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently. Qualifications Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners ready to develop their skills Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation including floor care tools like buffers and polishers Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and punctuality Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout the shift Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork Nice-to-have skills include residential painting experience, industrial cleaning background, facilities maintenance knowledge, porter experience, or general maintenance skills Join us in creating clean and safe environments where clients feel comfortable and cared for!
