We're currently hiring an Entry Level Customer Representative to join our growing team. What You'll Do as an

Entry Level Customer Representative:

Represent AT&T inside partnered retail locations, engaging with customers daily Educate shoppers on AT&T wireless products, services, and promotions Assist customers with account setup, upgrades, and service solutions Build strong relationships through personalized, consultative customer service Drive customer acquisition and increase brand awareness in a retail setting Collaborate with team members and leadership to hit sales and performance goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity Deliver a high-energy, positive customer experience that builds brand loyalty

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent required 0-2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Strong communication skills and ability to connect with a wide range of customers Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally Interest in sales, customer engagement, or account management Team player with a positive, outgoing attitude
