Entry Level Dental Front Desk Receptionist

Our office is growing and needs an entry-level front desk person (2 days per week) to join our team. Our state-of-the-art office in Perry Hall / White Marsh, has a great location near homes, shops, restaurants, with plenty of parking. We offer a package that includes medical, holidays, vacation, and an option for 401K match. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right person. This Role functions as the "Face of the Practice" as a First Point-of-Contact as they Enter the Office or on the Telephone. We are looking for a great personality fit! Your responsibilities will include the following: Answering Incoming Calls, Scheduling New Patients Proactively working to Optimize the Schedule by using a Short-Call List and other Strategies Requirements include the following: Knowledge of Basic Dental Terminology Multi-Tasking Basic Computer Skills Opendental Experience is a Plus.
