This entry-level position doesn't require prior manufacturing experience. We are interested in training someone who has a strong work ethic, is eager to learn, likes machines, and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves and getting their hands dirty. Once you're here, you'll learn from experienced machinists who will provide hands-on training. You'll also have long-term stability and opportunities for advancement. The Impact You'll Make As a Machinist at Accu Trak, you'll have a direct role in creating the best knurling tools in the world. You'll make products that are essential to manufacturing in the medical, scientific, aerospace, defense, automotive, electronics, hardware, sporting goods, and jewelry industries. And you'll have the satisfaction of being part of a team of people committed to achieving the highest standards for quality. What You'll Do Assist with a range of tasks related to shop floor housekeeping, maintenance, and operations. Set-up and operate machines. Input control instructions into machinery. Ensure that machines are running at proper speeds and feeds. Learn to read blueprints and outlines of machine operations. Use inspection equipment to check for quality at different stages in the production process. Assist with routine machine maintenance tasks including adjusting fluids, lubrication, and coolants. Compensation and Benefits The pay for this role is $20-22 per hour.
