Entry-Level Nutritionist

Gpac is partnering with a growing client in Mishawaka, IN to hire an Entry-Level Nutritionist to support formulation development, nutritional analysis, and quality initiatives within a fast-paced pet food manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for a early-career professional looking to build hands-on experience in pet nutrition, product development, and manufacturing operations while working alongside quality, production, and procurement teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in the nutritional analysis and evaluation of feed ingredients and pet food formulations Support the development of balanced, high-quality pet food products Research emerging ingredient innovations and nutrition trends within the pet food industry Help ensure products meet nutritional standards, quality expectations, and regulatory requirements Prepare technical documentation, formulation records, and internal reports Provide nutritional insights and technical support to cross-functional teams Maintain accurate formulation data and research documentation Collaborate with production and quality teams to improve product performance and consistency Participate in product trials, evaluations, and occasional field visits as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Animal Nutrition, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field Understanding of animal nutrition and feed formulation fundamentals Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain detailed records Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite If you're passionate about animal nutrition and ready to launch your career in the pet food industry, apply today for immediate consideration or reach out directly to Brittany at brittany.hamilton@gogpac.com for confidential consideration!
