Full Job Description Description:
FW Logistics is a family-owned, high-growth 3PL provider specializing in warehousing and trucking services. We are looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter to support hiring efforts on the logistics side of the business. This role is hands-on and execution-focused. You'll be responsible for keeping job postings active, reaching out to candidates, coordinating interviews, and helping move people from application to hire as quickly as possible. What You'll Be Doing Post and maintain job ads on Indeed and other platforms Proactively reach out to candidates through Indeed and other sourcing tools Review resumes and screen candidates for logistics-related roles (warehouse, trucking, operations, etc.) Schedule interviews with General Managers and hiring leaders Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep communication moving Assist with onboarding new hires to ensure a smooth start Create and send offer letters to selected candidates Track applicant activity and hiring progress in Paylocity (ATS) Keep candidate pipelines organized and moving
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (you'll be talking to candidates all day) Organized and able to manage multiple openings at once Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment Willing to be proactive — not just wait for applicants, but go find them Basic computer skills (Indeed, email, ATS systems like Paylocity) Ability to follow through and close the loop with candidates Experience / Background Entry-level — no recruiting experience required Background in customer service, admin, or logistics is a plus Interest in recruiting, HR, or operations What This Job Is (and Isn't) This is a high-activity role — you'll be messaging, scheduling, and following up constantly This is not a sit-back-and-wait job — you'll be expected to go find candidates You'll be working directly with operations leaders to help fill real, immediate hiring needs
