Position Overview & Core Responsibilities:

This is an entry level position for a Sales Assistant. You will help coordinate all aspects of a high-energy and dynamic sales environment including communicate with customers and vendors, process paperwork, and pick aircraft parts within multiple warehouses. This position can be expected to perform the following key tasks: Assist Sales Staff with Processing paperwork for Sales Orders, Invoices, Repair Orders, etc. Assist to locate and pick parts in the warehouse or secondary offsite warehouse, and prepare for shipment. Research Parts pricing and aircraft part applicability. Converse by phone or email with customers and or vendors as necessary to complete orders or parts research. Clean and photograph parts as required. Other duties as requested to facilitate the sales process. Follow all operating and safety procedures for equipment used in all aspects of company processes. Is a team player with other departments and assists to fill manpower shortages when needed to get critical shipments made.

Basic Qualifications:

Driver's License Dependable Team Player Basic Computer (email, company software, and basic keyboarding skills) Must be able to read, write and keyboard in English Must be able to pass Background check and

Drug Testing Physical Requirements:

The majority of the day is actively standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and utilizing stairs and or ladders.
