Entry Level Sales

Position Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated individual to serve as the first point of contact in our showroom. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people with the goal of growing into a sales, operations, or procurement role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the showroom and create a welcoming experience Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately Collect and record customer information for sales leads Guide customers through the showroom when sales staff are out on job sites Learn product basics (tile, hardwood, LVT, carpet) to confidently direct customers to the right areas Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable showroom

Qualifications:

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow Dependable, consistent, and available for full-time work Comfortable speaking with customers in person and over the phone Organized and detail-oriented Willingness to learn about flooring products Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred Familiarity with email platforms and calendar scheduling tools Flooring and tile product experience and a design background is a preferred
