Entry Level Sales Manager:

Customer Relationship Leadership Meet customers directly in residential neighborhoods to promote AT&T products and services Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Ensure every customer interaction reflects exceptional service and professionalism Resolve customer concerns by educating them about pricing, promotions, and enrollment processes while strengthening long-term loyalty Sales & Performance Management Lead a team of sales representatives and guide them toward achieving targets Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results Identify new opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Sales Manager Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Proven ability to motivate and guide a sales team Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or marketing is beneficial but not required Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Goal-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement
