RMCO Industries, a results-driven sales and development firm, seeks a motivated Entry Level Sales Representative to expand Frontier's customer base in Terre Haute. The Entry Level Sales Representative will guide customers through proactive sales outreach and persuasive enrollment coordination, communicating service value with clarity and warmth. As a Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll complete hands‑on training in how to listen to customers and recommend the right sales. The Entry Level Sales Representative will then engage customers in person, helping them understand why Frontier is the smart choice for today's connected households. When the snow starts falling, and schools announce closures, your customers don't scramble for connectivity; they already have plans that handle the surge. The Entry Level Sales Representative's foresight becomes their peace of mind. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Representative Engage with customers in Terre Haute to identify their entertainment needs and offer the best sales packages. Break down the value of unlimited data and 100% fiber-optic lines during visits to spark interest in a total Frontier sales upgrade. Audit current provider invoices for customers to highlight the long-term cost savings of switching to a sales bundle. Demonstrate the clients features, showing customers how to search for their favorite content through their new sales plan. Manage a sales pipeline, ensuring that every follow-up visit is handled with professional care and a helpful attitude. Validate account information on-site to ensure the transition to their sales and chosen services is completely seamless and error-free. Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Representative High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience in sales or customer support is a plus. Communicates clearly when explaining plans and upgrade options. Demonstrates reliability through punctuality, accuracy, and consistent customer care. Brings a motivated, goal‑oriented mindset that supports strong sales performance.
