Our company is seeking motivated, outgoing professionals to join our Kansas City team as Entry Level Sales Representatives for our AT&T campaign. In this residential sales role, you'll engage directly with customers in person, introduce AT&T Fiber internet and wireless solutions, and help homeowners discover services designed to keep them connected. The Duties of an Entry Level Sales Representative Engage directly with local customers to promote and sell AT&T's telecom services. Confidently present product features, pricing, and bundles in a way that resonates with each household. Build rapport quickly and close sales with clarity, empathy, and enthusiasm. Track customer interactions and update sales records with precision and speed. Collaborate with Entry Level Sales Representative teammates to share strategies, celebrate wins, and hit collective goals. Stay informed on AT&T's evolving offerings to remain a trusted expert in the field. Represent Omnia Management and AT&T with professionalism, integrity, and drive. Meet and exceed weekly performance benchmarks. What an Entry Level Sales Representative Needs to Bring A magnetic personality and strong communication skills. Confidence in customer-facing interactions and residential outreach. Sales experience is a plus, but a teachable mindset is gold. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment.
