WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

This is a professional sales role where you will develop skills that translate across industries and careers. You will learn how to build trust, communicate value, and guide decisions through face-to-face interaction.

Your day-to-day includes:

• Engaging homeowners to understand their pest control needs
• Conducting property inspections and presenting service solutions
• Practicing communication techniques through structured role play
• Receiving real-time coaching from experienced managers Every conversation sharpens your ability to listen, educate, and close with integrity.

EARNINGS AND ADVANCEMENT

Compensation includes performance bonuses and uncapped commission.

• Training Period:

  $4,000 to $7,000 in your first month

• First Season Average:

  $7,000 to $10,000 per month

• Top New Reps:

  $15,000 to $25,000+ per month

Sales Leadership:

$150,000 to $300,000+ annually Promotion paths include Senior Rep, Team Lead, Branch Manager, and Regional Leader roles.
