The position requires close collaboration with diverse, multi-functional teams and production employees to design and execute efficient material flow plans that support value streams and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Achieve corporate supply chain performance targets, including improvements in order-to-delivery time, inventory levels and turns, MQ certification requirements, and supply chain assessments for the facility. Deploy the Supply Chain Planning Process within the facility, including developing and maintaining the Plan for Every Part and implementing pull replenishment methods. Work with diverse, multi-functional teams to design and implement lean material flow plans for the facility, including potential changes to factory floor layout and material presentation at the point of use. Lead Supply Chain Planning Analysts in documenting data into the Plan for Every Part web tool and ensure consistent usage and maintenance. Create and maintain a site-level flow map for all parts used in production, reflecting current and future-state material flows. Enable and coach facility employees to use standardized templates and the Plan for Every Part web tool, and provide reports and information to stakeholders who rely on this data. Perform physical, tactical work across multiple functions to implement the supply chain planning process and develop a Plan for Every Part for every value stream in the facility. Direct and guide the work of Supply Chain Planning Analysts during implementation and improvement activities. Work on the shop floor among production employees with minimal disruption to their workload, leading the deployment of new processes and material flow improvements. Carry out physical, tactical activities required to achieve MQ or similar certifications for value streams, including addressing identified supply chain gaps. Identify, reduce, and eliminate supply chain constraints within value streams by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Perform hands-on shop floor tasks, such as labeling racks, auditing inventory locations (ILC), and deploying 5S materials, to support broader supply chain and lean initiatives. Maintain a strong people focus while leading supply chain improvements, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and alignment with facility objectives. Essential Skills Proven experience in supply chain engineering or supply chain planning within a manufacturing environment.
